I have been a project leader with Opt IN Solution, Oxygem, since 2005. I am responsible for client follow up and for putting in place solutions for our clients (prize draws, address recruitment, multi brand prize draw packs).
I appreciate the different teams’ reactivity and the attention that is paid to the client. Oxygem is a highly dynamic group made up of complementary entities. This allows us to propose a large range of solutions adapted to our clients’ needs.
Working for Oxygem is a stimulating experience as the sector is an innovative one and we are surrounded by experts in technology and marketing.
Oxygem is also a ‘human’ sized company with a very pleasant working atmosphere. I really appreciate feeling as though I have something to bring to the group’s evolution.
Céline, Sales Representative with Opt IN Solution
I arrived in Oxygem in October 2007 as a sales representative for Opt IN Solution just after having graduated with a Masters in Marketing and direct Marketing.
My job consists of accelerating the company’s sales development and turnover. On a day to day basis, I manage and develop a portfolio of existing clients. I also spend time looking for new potential clients in defined sectors of activity: fashion, beauty, press, children, etc.
My job also demands me to be ‘mobile’ as each week I travel to meet new potential clients (sales negotiation) or to see my existing clients (sales and marketing support).
A job, like mine, in sales requires very good interpersonal skills since we are in permanent contact with the client.It is a job which also requires curiosity, a keen interest in new developments on the web and in new developments within our clients’ and their competitors’ companies. This ensures that we are reactive as possible.
Working for Opt IN Solution and the Oxygem group has allowed me to gather valuable working experience; the company positions itself as being dynamic and innovative in the field of web. What’s more the staff and teams are great.
Grégory, Developer with Odiso
Odiso is the IT department wthin Oxygem. Originally employed in August 2006 as a developer, 6 months later I had the opportunity to evolve within the company and to become a project leader.
I currently work with 2 developers to create and put in place a new project called ‘Regie Pub’.
This is an asp application allowing clients to create emailing campaigns, with advertising management and behavioural targeting sections.
On a day to day basis my job as project leader requires me to produce technical specification documents which are necessary for the application’s production, for monitoring the work of the developers who create the application, for the validation of their work and finally for the application’s production on the server.
In addition to this, I also look after producing quotes for external sites wishing to add a new function or requiring site maintenance in order to search for and correct problems encountered. Being a project leader with Odiso requires good listening and interpersonal skills and an ability to manage a team independently.
Two qualities which are essential when working in the IT sector are patience and an ability to adapt to new technology.
